Design and Development
Our team of engineers at BD CraneTech has many years of experience in the design of cranes solutions for many industries. Our standard cranes include gantry cranes and overhead cranes. Some of our solutions have included the development and manufacturing of one of a kind cranes and lifting solutions for our clients.
Procurement
Using quality standard parts that are available in the market helps our customers to save on costs. We use parts from renowned European and Japanese brands as part of the crane design. In order to ensure availability of the parts, BD CraneTech has a well-established supplier base. We have a process to ensure that the parts procured meet our stringent of quality components.
Production
Over the years, BD CraneTech has invested in our capability. We now have a fully integrated production line for manufacturing cranes. This gives us the ability to have full control over our production process leading to quality and reliable cranes.
Installation and Commissioning
After the build of our cranes, we are fully involved with the installation and commissioning of our cranes. This includes all the necessary safety testing and certification of our cranes.
Service
BD CraneTech takes pride in giving excellent after-sales service. Our cranes come with a detailed specifications manual for our clients to self-diagnose any issues. However, we are always available 24/7 via our service hotline or via email. Our multilingual service team is capable and is able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil to our clients.
